In Sanatan Dharma traditions, reincarnation and the journey of the soul from the unmanifested to the manifested are central to the cycle of life. When the ego-bound body reaches its end, the soul embarks on a transformative passage through what is known in Buddhist terms as the Bardo and in Hinduism as Antarbhaav (or Antarabhava)—the intermediate state between death and rebirth. This profound transition is where the soul confronts its karmic imprints, navigating realms that determine the course of its next incarnation — a mysterious realm between death and rebirth where consciousness confronts past lives, unresolved karma, and the deeper truths of existence.

My song “Bardo” is more than just music; it is a bridge between worlds, inspired by a journey I experienced in the Bardo itself.

In this liminal state, I heard the sacred melodies that souls encounter when they are shown all their past reincarnations. These melodies are designed to remind the soul of the higher purpose it set for itself across lifetimes, helping it realign with its ultimate goals. I brought that music back and embedded it into this song. “Bardo” is crafted as a tool for remembrance—when you listen, it’s not just a song; it’s a trigger for awakening forgotten memories of past lives. With each listen, layers of your past may begin to resurface, and you’ll start to see through the illusions of the superficial, realigning with the purpose you came into this life to fulfil.
