Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us using the details provided on our website.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the limited-edition nature of the Bharat Katha book, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Each Bharat Katha book shipment is insured during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and provide any supporting information requested, including photographs of the packaging and product where applicable.

Upon review, and subject to the outcome of the courier's insurance process, we may offer a replacement copy (subject to availability) or a refund at our discretion.

As Bharat Katha is a limited-edition publication, replacement copies cannot be guaranteed once stock has been exhausted.

Minor imperfections to packaging that do not affect the book itself shall not be considered damage for the purposes of replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

Taxes and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Description
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour, printing, or packaging may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or purchase of our products.
